Design/Construction Whether you are developing project plans or the plans are ready to send out for bid, Gil Haugan Construction can work with you on different partnering arrangements—Construction Management, Design-Build, or General Contractor.
We will explain and guide you through the process as your understanding of schedule, cost, and the end product is an important part of a successful project. Our scheduling will allow us to discuss, review, and finalize material and color selections without rushing. If you decide to make changes to the project, we will discuss if and how these changes affect current and future schedule along with cost.
As the project nears completion, our work continues to the final phase.
