The project is complete!  Prior to you occupying the space, you, the designer, and Gil Haugan Construction walk through the project identifying areas that require adjustment or repair.  Once this list is finalized, GHC schedules tradesmen to correct any deficiencies quickly.  A final walkthrough with you and/or the designer to verify the corrections are satisfactory.  Your training of building functions and mechanical/electrical systems is conducted within your schedule.  This is followed up with turning over construction as-built drawing and Operation/Maintenance Manuals of project materials, equipment, and systems.  

If construction-related issues occur, GHC will identify and resolve issues in a quick, satisfactory manner.  Gil Haugan Construction is well-established and will remain an area industry leader.
