| Gil Haugan Construction is the Construction Manager-At Risk for this new middle/high school that replaces an existing obsolete facility. GHC was involved early in design to advise on cost, schedule, and constructability. Once design was completed to issue bid packages, Gil Haugan advised how the different scopes of work were compiled and issued. The new facility includes a central cafetorium, administrative, classroom, laboratory, library, arts, and gymnasium. |
