Common Issues Common issues we have identified with large scale projects: SITE ACCESS AND STAGING With limited construction staging areas, it becomes ever so important to maintain a clean organized site, along with a well-mapped-out sequence schedule for the delivery of the building materials. EMPLOYEE PARKING With limited area, employee parking can also be an issue. This is not something new for GHC, while working on the two-year Washington Pavilion project, we secured/leased off-site parking for some employees.
